Returns Policy

1. Returns Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth return process for high-tech gear (such as Starlink mounts or drone accessories), please note:
- The product must not show signs of wear, installation, or outdoor use.
- All original parts, hardware, and manuals must be included in the return package.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or personalized products are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment provider). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
